# Capstone mock requirements (fictional)

**Product:** HomeGuard Post-Discharge Monitoring — wearable + mobile app + clinician dashboard + AI triage assist.
**Pilot region:** Alberta health zone (fictional contract).
**Timeline:** 90-day pilot.

## Stakeholder asks (numbered)

1. **Cardiology lead:** “Flag patients likely to decompensate within 12 hours with fewer than two false escalations per ward per week.”
2. **Nursing manager:** “If the wearable loses connectivity, staff must see last-known vitals with a clear stale-data banner.”
3. **Privacy office:** “All identifiable data stays in Canada for production; U.S. analytics sandbox is prohibited without a separate PIA.”
4. **IT security:** “MFA for all clinician accounts; patient app may use device biometrics only if keys stay in secure enclave.”
5. **Procurement:** “Exit clause if vendor cannot provide SBOM updates within five business days of a critical CVE.”
6. **Finance:** “Per-patient monthly cloud cost must stay under $12 CAD at 500 active patients.”

## Constraints

- Wearable firmware updates require signed packages; rollback within 15 minutes if crash rate exceeds 1%.
- AI model retraining quarterly; must document data cohort shifts vs. prior release.
- No automated medication dosing; AI output is advisory only.
