# Suggested presentation routes

All 50 slides remain in the deck, in learning-to-production order. Each activity can be adapted to your discipline. These routes select a manageable live sequence; they do not imply completing all 50 activities during a webinar.

## 60-minute webinar

| Minutes | Slides | Teaching move |
|---|---|---|
| 0–5 | 1–2 | Invite participants to identify one recurring teaching need. |
| 5–12 | 3–8 | Demonstrate a brief, then plan/build/review in your chosen tool; show the other tool briefly. |
| 12–20 | 11–15 | Turn one outcome into observable evidence and preserve it through UDL options. |
| 20–27 | 17, 19, 21 | Show a research question, source ledger, and a tentative gap. |
| 27–35 | 25–26, 28, 30 | Brief an image, compare revisions, and storyboard a short lesson. |
| 35–43 | 33–34 | Build a small rubric and compare its application to two fictional samples. |
| 43–55 | 41, 47–48 | Open the working module, request one change, and test the student path. |
| 55–60 | 49–50 | Package the resource, choose the next build, and take questions. |

Use quick reflection in the opening, an audience choice during the rubric demonstration, and one visible revision in the build. Share the gallery and prompt book for later practice. Pre-generate a fallback artifact if a live tool is slow; the included example-module.html works offline.

## 90-minute workshop

| Minutes | Slides | Activity |
|---|---|---|
| 0–10 | 1–4 | Choose a task and adapt the brief. |
| 10–22 | 5–8 | Plan, build, critique, and revise one small resource. |
| 22–34 | 9–16 | Choose an idea and check outcome alignment plus one UDL redesign. |
| 34–44 | 17–24 | Demonstrate a verified evidence workflow; participants choose one research activity. |
| 44–56 | 25–32 | Participants select an image or slide-building activity. |
| 56–68 | 33–40 | Participants select a rubric, case, question, or feedback activity. |
| 68–82 | 41–46 | Build one small interactive resource. |
| 82–90 | 47–50 | Peer walkthrough, revision priorities, and reflection. |

## Half-day studio: 180 minutes

Use the same sequence with 25 minutes for setup and planning, 25 for design, 20 for research, a 10-minute break, 25 for visual materials, 25 for assessment, 35 for a build-and-review sprint, and 15 for sharing and next steps. The total is 180 minutes. Teams should select an artifact and reuse the same brief across roles rather than switch contexts for every activity.

## Before presenting

- Test the installed version and account for your chosen tool.
- Keep the starter kit and local example module available.
- Choose your real or approved example readings for research demonstrations.
- Share real-text instructions from the gallery or prompt book.
- Describe the important visual content aloud when presenting the image slides.
- Decide which activities participants will do and which you will demonstrate.
